Petrocom Energy Group, LLC selects PetroMan ETRM solution from Sisu Group, Inc. to manage all aspects of its Refined Product Trading and Wholesale Rack Marketing activity. Petrocom is headquartered in Houston, Texas. The company is a shipper on Colonial and Explorer pipelines and markets refined products in the Gulf and East Coast regions.

PetroMan® v 6.2.2 with Rack Pricing module is released. This release includes a multitude of additions, but the most important new feature is the Advanced Rack Pricing Module. The pricing module incorporates complex formulas with override capabilities which greatly simplifies price calculations and distribution of the prices to your customers.

Sisu Group, Inc. becomes a Microsoft Certified Partner. Although PetroMan has always been Microsoft Windows compatible, we decided to have PetroMan officially tested and it passed both the Microsoft Windows Client and SQL Server platform tests for ISV Solutions with flying colors. The testing was performed by VeriTest. In related news, we are pleased to announce that Sisu is now an official Microsoft Certified Partner.

PetroMan® v 6.2 with ZyTax interface is released. Automated tax calculations for all products and tax jurisdictions have been included in PetroMan since day one. Today we are pleased to announce the addition of a generic data interface to ZyTax, a leading petroleum tax compliance software solution provider. This combination provides EDI filing to most jurisdictions and signature ready forms.

March 30, 2006 --

PetroMan® v 6.1 with ACH Automation is released. Automated bank ACH payment interface is introduced.

December 1, 2005

PetroMan® v 4.0 is released. PetroMan version 4 includes over 300 specific new or enhanced capabilities.

New office location. Due to our expansion needs we have moved into a larger office in the Walnut Creek Office Complex. Our new address is: 8252 South Harvard Avenue, Suite 157, Tulsa OK 74137.

March 1, 2004 --

PetroMan® v 3.6 is released. The new release includes a much improved Credit Management Module in addition to numerous other improvements.

November 10, 2003 --

Coffeyville Resources LLC (formerly Farmland Industries) acquires license for PetroMan® Enterprise Risk and Trade Management solution including Rack Marketing solutions from Sisu. Sisu installed the PetroMan system in record time and it is currently used to market the nearly 4 million gallons per day of petroleum products, including gasoline and diesel fuel produced at the Coffeyville Refinery in Kansas.

September 1, 2003 --

PetroMan® v 3.5 is released. Major enhancements include automatic generation of all reports in PDF, Windows XP compatible look and feel, improved security, several interfaces to external data were added.

Western Petroleum Company acquires license for PetroMan® Enterprise Risk and Trade Management solution from Sisu. Western Petroleum is one of the Nation's largest independently owned petroleum marketing companies.

December 13, 2002 --

PetroMan® v 3.0 is relesed. This major release includes completely re-engineered Scheduling and Accounting sub modules plus a generic Accounting Interface. Many new functions have been added along with performance and usability improvements.

PetroMan® v 2.5 is released. Our Enterprise Trade Management (ETM) solution now covers all aspects of enterprise level petroleum and NGL trading and rack marketing. Also, PetroMan operating platform of choice was upgraded to Windows 2000 and MS SQL Server 2000.

Rack Marketing module of PetroMan® released. The Rack Marketing module automates all aspects of rack marketing thru electronic data interfaces (EDI) in a completely paperless fashion. Bill of Lading transmission thru dtnEnergy's dtnPetroDex (Petroex and TABS). Price posting, invoicing and EFT notification thru dtnDataConnect. PetroMan® automatically calculates all federal, state and local taxes.

Aug 15, 2001 --

SemFuel LLC acquires license for PetroMan® Enterprise Risk and Trade Management solution from Sisu. In addition, SemFuel acquires a license for Sisu's Rack Marketing module, which is currently under development. SemFuel, a subsidiary of The Seminole Group, is a major petroleum bulk trader and rack marketer in the Midwest.

Sisu Group, Inc. completes two mission critical systems for Aerie Networks. RowMan is a comprehensive and totally integrated Right of Way management system. ConMan is a complete construction progress and payment management system. Both of these enterprise level system are also for sale to interested clients in the telecommunications industry.

Aerie Networks selects Sisu Group, Inc. as preferred software vendor to develop Right of Way and related software applications. Aerie is building a 20,000+ miles nation-wide next generation fiber optic communications network.
